Small salad iceberg/spinach chopped tomatoes, red onions, sprinkled with 1-2 oz almond slivers, 2 Tbs low fat or FF dressing, 1/2 cup orange sections
12oz (weak) orange spice iced tea

Tuesday


Black Bean and Rice Burrito (see recipe)
1/2 cob sweet corn or 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
Spinach salad with tomato and cucumber
12oz water or choice of tea or diet drink

Wednesday


Curry Vegetables and Basmati Rice (see recipe)
Small iceberg/spinach salad (optional)
Fresh pear or peach slices
12oz Water or herbal tea

Thursday


Vegetarian Meatloaf (see main dish recipe)
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup white rice or small baked potato
1/2 cup sliced apple
Herbal tea or green tea

Friday


Spinach/ Tofu Whole Wheat Lasagna (see recipe)
1/2 -1 cup Choice of favorite side vegetable
and/or Lettuce salad with olive oil/vinaigrette
1 Fresh fruit
12 oz water

Saturday


Lemon-Pepper Orange-Roughy or white fish (see recipe)
1/2 cup white and wild rice with almond slivers
1/2 cup green beans
Fresh fruit
12oz Tea or water

Sunday

Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers (see recipe)
1/2 cup wild and white rice
Spinach/iceberg salad with choice of FF salad dressings
Small whole orange or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges
