Luteal Phase Days 15-28

Monday

 

1-1 & 3/4 cups Homemade Vegetable or Bean/Lentil Soup (See recipes)
1 Tbs. natural peanut butter on 1 slice 100% whole multi-grain bread (c-gluten)
Spinach/lettuce side salad w/olive oil vinaigrette dressing
12oz Water or tea (no aspartame)
1 flaxseed oil caplet

Tuesday


Large Mixed Romain/Spinach Salad, 2-3 oz grilled chicken breast, tomato, celery, cucumber, red onion and hard boiled chopped egg whites, low fat salad dressing, or olive oil vinaigrette dressing
Whole grain roll (c-gluten)or rice cake
1 Small orange or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges
12oz Herbal or green ice tea
1 flaxseed or fish oil caplet

Wednesday


2 cups of The Best Minestrone Ever (see recipe)
Small side salad-(optional) and 1 fruit
12oz Herbal Tea or water
500mg calcium + D
1 flaxseed or fish oil caplet

Thursday


Choice of Frozen Low Fat Convenient Entree:
Choose from vegetarian or chicken selections (see list)(may c-gluten)
add 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
Small apple or fruit of choice
12oz Tea or water, 8 oz soy milk or 500mg calcium +D
1 flaxseed or fish oil caplet

Friday


1 Gardenburger (may c-gluten)on whole grain bun
with lettuce, tomato, onion 1 tsp. ketchup and mustard
1 cup of the Best Minestrone Ever
or small salad
1/2 cup grapes
8 oz water,
500mg calcium + D
1 flaxseed or fish oil caplet

Saturday


3oz-4oz Grilled or Baked Mahi-Mahi or Salmon Salad
2 cups Spinach/Romain salad with carrots and tomato,  2 Tbs homemade vinaigrette
Small whole orange or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges
12oz Tea or water
No flaxseed oil caplet needed with salmon or mahi-mahi

Sunday


2/3 cup Tuna Salad Sandwich on whole grain Bread (c-gluten)or GF bread
Place tuna salad (see recipe on right)
on top of large Romain lettuce/field greens salad with green & red peppers, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes
1  Granny Smith Apple
12oz Tea or water
500mg calcium + D
