Not only am I having the worst PMS of my life (just started this diet a few days ago, so haven't gotten any relief yet), but my dear sweet aunt is in ICU and her condition is worsening. She is now on 100 % oxygen support, and the outlook isn't good. She is mentally and physically disabled, and I've been caring for her since my grandmother passed away just a few months ago (October).

This is too much. I don't want to do anything- homework, exercise, or anything else. I know no one can fix this. I guess I just want someone to understand.

I am so sorry to hear you're suffering Bethie, you are carrying a very large burden. Try to focus on the positive side of your current situation. Your beloved aunt is getting 24 hour care by people who are medically trained. Allowing others to watch over her gives you time to take care of yourself.
