OK, I know what you're all thinking, YUK Goat's milk--no way-- well, I thought that too, BUT if you're lactose intolerant and sensitive to soy or on thyroid medication why not consider Goat's milk? Goat milk has a fabulous protein profile and a great source of tryptophan, calcium, riboflavin, phosphorus, potassium and other essential amino acids.

It's perfect for women suffering from PMS/PMDD. I encourage you to give it a try.

Here are a couple links for more information about how wonderful Goat's Milk is, Meyenberg brand and where to buy it. And one from one of my favorite websites....World's Healthiest foods. Check them out.

Please let me know if you get a chance to try it and tell us about

Hi Debra,

What about Goat Cheese? I really like it, but it's not on the Cycle diet.

After trying to bear soya, and using rice milk for a while, i bought myself some goats milk, and i was pleasantly surprised. I think this will be my main milk source from now on. Gonna try goats cheese next!

Thanks for the info Debra!

Hi Jen & Cat,

Goat's milk is pleasantly mild, try it warm. Goat's cheese is rather high in fat so be careful about buying the low fat version.

Jen, sorry I missed you post. Thanks to Cat for bring it up again.
