TOPIC: Prometrium??

Hello,

I posted another message, but wanted to ask if anyone has tried bio-identical progesterone during the luteal phase?  My ob-gyn recommended it to me, and I've yet to try it due to all the listed side effects.....

Unless you are ovulating you won't need extra progesterone. However if you are not ovulating you will need it. Ask your ob to test your progesterone level during the luteal phase.  Sorry for the short message, just under the weather at the moment.

I've never heard of it, but i know this health and nutrition book I read recommends progesterone, through sources like wild yam cream, so I wonder if it's like that?
