I was wondering how cod liver oil works and how it may help aches and pains. Since it's been soooooooooooo darn cold my bones and muscles are hurting a bit. I already take flaxseed oil once a day. The vit. d is taken once a week on Mondayish. I was noticing there is vit d in cod liver oil too, so wanted to make sure it's ok.
Actually, how this all came up is my piano teacher (who is also a therapits and natrual energy person) mentioned it to me. So, I thought I"d try it.
I don't think the additional cod liver oil will give you any additional benefit than what you're currently taking prescribed by your doctor (especially the D) unless you're short in getting enough vitamin A.
