if im trying to cut back on dairy products, is it ok to use goat products instead of cows. i noticed in the list of 'donts' are referencers to full fat cows dairy produce so i am trying to source alternatives but still follow the diet
Are you lactose intolerant by chance? If you are then you may want to avoid all dairy including goats milk. If you have digestive problems or a food sensitivity to casein then you'll want to avoid cow's milk and goat's milk.
I would encourage you to try soy, rice, hemp or nut milks for the first cycle and see if digestion (bloating) improves. Then you can always add it back to see if dairy is a problem.
