An herbal coffee a friend turned me onto. Caffeine free. Made with carob, barley, chicory, almonds, figs, dates and natural coffee flavors. 65 mg potassium and rich in inulin. It's pretty good. Not coffee but pretty good with soymilk.
What exactly is inulin? Anyone know?

Chantel,

Sounds great, I'll look for it. Here's a little info about Inulin,

Inulins:

Inulins are a group of naturally occurring oligosaccharides (several simple sugars linked together) produced by many types of plants. They belong to a class of carbohydrates known as fructans.
