How the heck are you doing? I've actually seen the Kashi bars in the store but didn't really look at them long enough to read the label.

The new rolls and bars look much better in comparison, but they contain Palm oil, which in very small amounts would be OK, but is highly saturated.
I would say if you need a sugar and nut fix they would be a better choice than reaching for a regular candy bar. 190 calories with protein and grain is better than the 290 calories in the original bar or candy bars made from high fructose corn syrup.
You could probably count one as a protein and wheat if you choose to in a pinch.
I can tell you that I like just about everything I've seen coming from Kashi.
