I was looking at the labels on the Balsamic vinegar products at my local grocery store and they all had added sulfites!  Are there any made without?

If the Balsamic vinegar is imported than they all contain a bit of additional sulfites as a preservative. What you can do is after opening just let it breath open for a while so the sulfites dissipate. This lessens the sulfites but won't rid them entirely.

You might also choose to make your own salad dressing with distilled white vinegar and EVOO plus spices. Have you noticed a reaction to sulfites? Some people are really sensitive to them. Anyone with asthma seem to be more susceptible to sulfites.

Look for Annie's salad dressings , they should all be sulfite-fee or low and many are GF/DF, just have to read the product label.

If you can find organic balsamic then it wont have sulfites added...all have some naturally occurring sulfites, right? I did just find organic balsamic this past weekend...funny you mentioned it!
