Turtle Mountain's new Coconut Milk Beverage, isanother non-dairy, non-allergen choicebut,
Don't give up your calcium/vit D tablet!...at this time it is not however a good calcium, vitamin D or protein source. According to their
it has 0 calcium and a small amount of vitamin D, but reading the ingredient list it does say it contains calcium phosphate. Hmmm, I'll have to look into how much it actually contains, it's possible it's too small an amount to be listed as a DV%. What it does have is 50% B12 and medium chain fatty acids which are a little more digestible (used faster) than fatty acids from animal sources. Regardless, try it you might find it more palatable than soy or rice milk.
