I have tried these tortillas and they are good but just like other highly processed foods please eat in moderation. Please also watch for reactions, some woman are also highly sensitive to dietary yeast.

Hi Louis,

I don't really focus on low calorie. Think in terms of quality nutrients in foods. This is a very old post, when gluten-free products were scarce. Times have changed, now they're everywhere. If you are wanting to lose weight, consider cutting back on highly processed foods. This tortilla, made from highly refined flours would not necessarily be a good idea daily. Go for a more whole foods diet. Cut out all simple sugars and white flours. Chose whole grains (gluten-free) such as brown rice, wild rice, quinoa, buckwheat. Have a sweet tooth? Choose fruit. Try not to eat late at night prior to bed. Get out and talk a long walk.
