I purchased the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on Friday.  I tried the cheddar version in my chicken tacos and I couldn't tell the difference.  I didn't put a lot of it in my taco...just enough to know it was there.

It was a little pricey $5.99 a pouch.  However, regular cheese isn't that far from the same price either.

Hugs,
Heather

Yikes...$5.99, I've seen it for $4.99 at my grocery, but then again it wasn't a Whole Foods.

I dont care for this cheese, but do appreciate a soy-free alternative. I think I react to this as well and it IS processed food.

Hi Solstice,

Yes it's processed, no doubt about that, but it helps those who are desperately missing cow's milk cheese and are dairy sensitive or vegan.

Nice to see you here again. Hope you are well.
