From Traci and Cyrstal's weight loss blog. If you're looking for salad dressings with a little extra flavor or a special salad for your holiday dinner try the frisee. I believe these recipes are from South Beach Diet.

Here's the Lime Dressing, it looks good, but isn't the one I used to make.

1/3 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 Tablespoon chopped scallions (green onions)

1T extra virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup white rice vinegar

1 tsp sugar substitute

Here's their Raspberry Vinaigrette

1 Tablespoon sugar-free raspberry fruit spread

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons walnut or canola oil

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

they listed this with their

Frisee Salad with blue cheese and Walnuts. YUMO,

 It includes

a pear, 4 cups ,mixed frisee of baby lettuce, 2 T toasted walnuts, chopped, 2 T crumbled blue cheese (I'd use low fat pasturized Feta), salt, pepper to taste., makes 4 servings at 130 calories.

oooooh, I'm liking both of these suggestions. Just what I've been thinking about.

Thanks!
