After over a year of suffering I got help yesterday from the doctor. I was diagnosed with PMDD. I had a bunch of blood taken this morning (ouch), and prescribed fluoxetine 20mg also. I am really hesitant to take the meds though, as its prozac and I hear its bad for you (not like pms isn't! I just don't know which of the 2 evils I prefer!).
So here I am googled and found this site, looking into diet alternatives so this has been a true blessing! I plan to follow the diet, getting vitamins and EFA capsules this weekend.
I have a couple of questions but I'll post them on the appropriate boards
