Hi Debra,
I wanted to drop you a message to let you know after 6 months, I'm finally starting to feel "NORMAL" again. I know I was hesitant to give up the dairy and chocolate all together, but I finally did. I wanted to tell you, you were right. I'm not sure if I have to keep all dairy out of my diet lite butter or ghee so I hope you can advise me about those. I love dairy so much, and as you say, it doesn't love me back. Getting through the Holidays is going to be tough, but I think I must keep with this diet. I'm not looking forward to the snow and cold this winter either.
I'm so happy I discovered you when I did.
