I had been using the How Severe is your PMS chart from the work book and here are the numbers.

Emotional Symptoms September cycle October cycle
Mood swings 3 1
Depression/sadness 3 minimal
Tension/irritability 2 1
Anxiety/nervousness 3 2
Crying Spells n/a n/a

I skipped the water retention section.

Food Cravings
Increased or decreased appetite 2 1
Cravings for sweets or salts 2 1

Pain
Ab cramping 3 1
Generalized aches/pains 3 1
Low back pain 2 1
Headaches 1 n/a
Fatigue 3 1 I was laying floor tiles the same day I start my "p" and usually all I can do is lay on the couch all day. HUGE improvement.

[b:ab68be1661]SO my score went from 30 to 10 in one month. I thought it was interesting. I'm going to keep track of this for a while. See how it changes.[/b:ab68be1661]

Nicole,

Thank you so much for the update! This is wonderful improvement for just one month. Laying tiles is hard work, you could count that as heavy exercise.

Keep up the good work.
